we liked every moment of our stay, very pleasant experience. there was a comfortable bed in the quiet bedroom. there was a bathtub. relatively close to a historic house, walkable. not to mention easy 5 mins walk from shops and a supermarket, plus good restaurants all around.

In our opinion, it's a good base for travelling to Rye. Unbeatable location to visit mermaid street which is short walk from the place. Next to a supermarket and shops:)))

The place was luxurious generally speaking. Compact, recently upgraded rooms. Got savoury breakfast, savoury meals. The location was prime for what we needed.

I loved the location and facilities, they were IDEAL. The beds were very comfy to sleep in. Very relaxing stay, the bathroom with a bath was a bonus.
